General Conditions
- Returns or exchanges are only accepted within 6 days of receiving the product.
- Sale or discounted orders are not eligible for return or exchange.
- A valid reason must be provided for the return or exchange.
- After 6 days, no returns or exchanges will be processed.
Products Not Eligible for Return or Exchange
- Sale Orders / Discounted Products
- Accessories such as Evil Eye Jewel products, Scrunchies by Dinckle, Hair clips, and Combs
- Hair Perfumes & Hairline Powder
- Products purchased from pop-ups/exhibitions or in-studio trials
- Products that have been coloured, chemically treated, or damaged due to styling post-purchase
Return Process
- Initiate Return: mail us wigyhairsolutions@gmail.com
- Approval: Our team will review your request. If eligible, we will approve the return and arrange for a reverse pickup.
- Quality Check (QC): Once the product reaches us, it will undergo a QC process. If it passes, a store credit will be issued.
Please note: store credit will be given after a deduction of INR 200/-
Important Instructions
- Ensure the product is in the same condition as when received. Used or altered products (washed, cut, colored, chemically treated, or brushed for curly or wavy hair) will not be accepted.
- Record an unboxing video of the package before opening the courier seal to claim any physical damage or missing products. Returns/exchanges for damaged or defective products require valid video proof.
- Clearly mention your order number and contact number on the package when returning it.
- INR 200 will be deducted for all returns/exchanges for logistics, prepping and packaging purposes
